1. Our Commitment & Process

Thank you for choosing LENSTEK Optical Mall. We are committed to processing and dispatching your order promptly while ensuring secure packaging and reliable transportation. Our standard shipping process is as follows:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Packaging Standard: We package all optical products (including lenses, mirrors, prisms, etc.) with professional anti-shock materials (such as bubble wrap and foam) in sturdy cartons to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  • Quality Assurance: Every product shipped meets our factory quality control standards. A final check is performed before dispatch to ensure the product model and quantity match your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Please Note:

  • The delivery times above are estimates and commence from the day the order is shipped. Actual times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

  • Lead times for custom-made products will be confirmed individually based on the production schedule and are not subject to the standard timelines above.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Mainland China: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over Â¥500 or $80. Orders below this threshold will incur a reasonable fixed shipping fee or a charge calculated based on product weight/volume, visible at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination country, product weight, and dimensions. Please contact our customer service for a freight quote before placing an international order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an automatic "Shipping Confirmation" email will be sent to your registered email address. This email will include:

  • Shipping Carrier (e.g., SF Express)

  • Tracking Number

  • Link to track your shipment

You can also check the detailed logistics status by logging into your account on our website and viewing "My Orders."

5. Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, recipient name, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

  • Receipt & Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any obvious signs of severe damage, wetness, or tampering. If any issues are found, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the package, and contact our customer service immediately.

  • International Orders (Duties & Taxes): International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authorities.
