The minimized focused spot size enables micro- and nano-scale precision processing.

Key Advantages

The defining characteristic of F-Theta lenses is the linear relationship between focused spot height (h) and input beam angle (θ): h = f × θ. This enables galvanometer scanners to operate at constant angular velocity, significantly simplifying control circuitry and ensuring constant scanning speed across the processing plane, thereby avoiding variations in processing depth.
