This long focal length scan lens is specifically engineered for microscopy imaging systems that demand a larger field of view (FOV) or higher resolution. With its broad 400-1100nm spectral range, it ideally supports multiphoton excitation (e.g., 920nm, 1064nm) and visible-light activation operations. When paired with a tube lens (such as the TTL200MP), it can form a telecentric system. The standard M42×1 mount provides excellent mechanical stability and facilitates easy integration with large-scale scientific instruments.
Applications:
Large-FOV Multiphoton Microscopy: Suitable for applications requiring wide-field imaging, such as brain science research involving awake animals.
Integrated Optogenetics Systems: For combined experimental systems performing simultaneous multiphoton imaging and visible laser stimulation.
High-Resolution Confocal/Multiphoton Microscopy: Designed for scientific research applications with extreme requirements for imaging resolution.
Custom High-End Microscopy Imaging Platforms: Research-grade custom optical experimental systems.
