The CLS2-F50 scanning lens features a wavelength range of 450–1100 nm and an effective focal length (EFL) of 50 mm. Designed specifically for laser scanning microscopy, this lens delivers excellent optical performance across its ultra-broad operating bandwidth from visible to near-infrared. The scan-side end is equipped with a standard M30.5×0.5 external thread, allowing easy integration into user-defined optical paths. When combined with the TTL200MP tube lens, it enables a vignetting-free, object-space telecentric system, ensuring uniform and sharp imaging across the entire field of view. Thanks to its broad spectral response, the CLS2-F50 is particularly well-suited for applications requiring multi-color lasers or multiple fluorescent probes, making it an ideal choice for multiphoton microscopy, optogenetics, confocal microscopy, and spectral imaging systems.
